During the 13th General Assembly 2025 of the German Initiative on Sustainable Cocoa, the members confirmed the board for another term.

The board of the German Initiative on Sustainable Cocoa consists of appointed and elected representatives.

It was also decided by the members of GISCO not to continue with the individual goal 8 on the implementation of due diligence obligations and the individual goal 11 on the share of certified cocoa and cocoa from company programs, and to let them expire accordingly in 2025.

The members also decided to continue the member project PRO-PLANTEURS for another 5-year phase until 2030.
